 Prompt Response: 

My favorite thing about being apart of the lakeside community is the variety of events that go on throughout the year. Although I don't participate in many of them, it is still really cool to see my peers and even teachers participate and have so much fun. For example this week we have homecoming week and Tuesday was "dress like a character" day, so I dressed up as Jesse Pinkman. This day is my favorite homecoming event and one of the only ones I actually participate in. It was really cool because I took pictures with other people who had also dressed up as characters. 

Summary:

To summarize it I really enjoy being apart of the lakeside community because of events like Homecoming week that make school something to look forward to.

Reflection: 

School and especially high school has been one of the biggest parts of my life and the events that we have through the years make it a special experience. I only wish I had participated more in events and my studies.

 Prompt Response During middle school I was doing a project with a group of friends and my friends had a small dispute over who should do the drawing. Friend 1 was acting like the leader of the group and was deciding everyone's role in the project, giving himself the easiest part, the drawing part. Friend 2 didn't like the idea of friend 1 bossing everyone around and insisted that we all do the research and writing part and then all work on the drawing part together. Friend 2 though the idea was dumb and that sparked conflict between the two and they started arguing. We ended up getting split up and put into other groups. Some advice I would give Harpo and Sofia is to give 100% for each other and to find a way to satisfy each others desires. Do it for not only yourselves but for your kids.  Prompt Response One day in middle school I noticed that the nerdy kid in my class was being bullied in the hallways by some kids. I went to my teacher and informed her of the situation. This connects to the poems because it shows situations of unfairness. Summary I once saw a classmate getting bullied and reported it to an adult. Reflection I'm glad I decided to do something about it despite that kid not liking me very much.

 Prompt Response To enjoy my day I usually just hop on the game whether that's the PlayStation or my PC. While I'm playing I listen to music as well. This helps me relax and distract myself from reality. If I'm not playing the game then I'll draw a lil doodle or something on my notebooks. Summary To enjoy my day I play video games, listen to music, and draw on whatever I can. Reflection It's been about ten years now and this is still my daily routine.
